great access to parks and riverfront walks for city explorers

I really loved the nearby Fort Canning Park, which is just about 1.5 km away, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The dinner buffet at the hotel was excellent with a nice ambiance and is conveniently located next to the canal for a pleasant post-meal walk.

The gym was good with scenic river views.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

The breakfast dining area was often overcrowded, making it difficult to find a table.

my stay at four points was a delight. the reception staff, especially aswad, was incredibly welcoming after a long day of travel. the premium king room with a river view was clean and cozy. the hotel’s location makes it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the gym was a nice bonus.

Comfortable bed in a spacious room.

I was very disappointed with the service during my stay. The hotel seemed to lack proper communication, especially regarding the airport pickup. Despite informing them of my flight details and expecting assistance, the driver left without waiting for me. I felt left in a bind, needing to find alternative transportation late at night.

A lot of noise from the elevator!!! Would appreciate more vegetarian options in the dining area!!! Also, front desk service a bit slow during check-in!!!

Views and convenience

We got a premium river view room and, wow, the view was amazing! Morning jogs by the embankment were lovely. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. But the food options were kinda limited and expensive. I wish they had a bit more local eats nearby instead of just western food!

My five-night solo trip exceeded expectations, especially thanks to the friendly staff. Enjoyed a delightful breakfast featuring both local and international dishes. The concierge provided excellent recommendations for exploring the city. For a quieter experience, request a room away from the elevators.

Loved the Premium room with river view—super clean and well-kept. The hotel had a great outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center. Breakfast was a wow with tons of cultural foods and fresh fruit. Staff was really friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic place in a peaceful location near the river.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed exploring Clarke Quay for nightlife and visiting the beautiful Gardens by the Bay. The location is ideal, close to everything. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and kept us fueled for the day. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

One downside was the housekeeping, as the mini fridge wasn't cleaned properly from the previous guests. We found it sticky inside, which was a bit off-putting.

The views from my Premium King Room with River View were amazing, especially as the sun set over the water. Each morning started with a good buffet breakfast that catered to every whim, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless. It was just a bridge away from very nice cafes and a short stroll to bustling nightlife, which made exploring super fun!

Great Location and Friendly Staff

I had a wonderful stay, enjoying the fantastic river views and the easy access to local attractions. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the outdoor seating areas at the dining facilities. The only downside was the slow check-in process, which could be improved.
